The app offers free download with the option to purchase current and past issues. Subscriptions are also available through the app, starting from the latest regular issue upon subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period ending at the same rate as the initial subscription.
• Auto-renewal can be managed through Account Settings, but the current subscription cannot be canceled during an active period.
• If a free trial is offered, the full subscription price will be charged at the trial's conclusion. Canceling a subscription during a free trial must be done 24 hours before its end to avoid charges.

Users can create/register a pocketmags account within the app to secure their purchases in case of device loss and access them across various platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging in.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area to ensure seamless retrieval of issue data. In case of loading issues post-installation or update, deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store is advised.
